Venture Building Workshop Series
Starting September 2025, this program brings together a small group of aspiring founders for twelve months of structured learning. We focus on real business fundamentals rather than theoretical frameworks. The approach is straightforward and works through actual case studies from ventures built in Perth and across regional Australia.
What Past Participants Say
The most useful part was working through failed venture case studies. We spent three weeks dissecting what went wrong with a Melbourne fintech startup. That taught me more than any success story could.
Lennart Bergström
2024 Cohort
I expected a lot of motivational content but got practical problem-solving instead. The program doesn't promise anything unrealistic. It's about learning to think through business decisions properly and understanding what actually matters.
Callum O'Donnell
2023 Cohort
The monthly workshops forced me to test assumptions I'd been making about my business idea. By month seven I'd completely changed direction. That pivot probably saved me from wasting capital on something that wouldn't work.

Setting Honest Expectations
This program won't guarantee business success or provide funding connections. What it does offer is structured learning about venture building fundamentals and access to experienced practitioners who've worked through real startup challenges. Results vary significantly based on individual effort and market conditions.

How the Program Works
Each cohort meets monthly for full-day workshops at our West Perth location. Between sessions, participants work on assignments tied to their specific business concepts. The structure is flexible enough to accommodate working professionals but requires genuine time commitment.
